Position Overview

The facility seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to develop and deliver individualized treatment plans focusing on swallowing, cognitive abilities, communication skills, and aspiration reduction. You will guide the delivery of speech-language pathology and audiology services in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations and facility policies.

Shift & Schedule

• Days: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 8-hour shifts, 40 hours guaranteed per week
• 13-week contract
• No on-call or weekend requirements

Clinical Scope

You'll work with residents to improve their communication and swallowing function through evidence-based treatment techniques. Your work will help patients not only be better understood but also better understand others. You'll ensure all services meet regulatory standards and facility protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of SLP experience (required)
• Valid Texas state license (required; please document)
