This rural West Texas facility's Emergency Department is a fast-paced, community-focused environment offering a well-rounded ER experience. The unit operates with emergency medicine board-certified physicians on site around the clock, ensuring strong physician support for the nursing team.

Clinical Environment:

• Moderate-volume ED with approximately 30 patients per 24-hour period
• Broad patient population typical of a rural emergency setting, including adult, pediatric, and trauma cases
• Emergency medicine physicians present 24/7

Schedule & Hours:

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Required Certifications:

• TNCC
• ACLS
• PALS
• BLS

All certifications must be current prior to start. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a rural setting where resourcefulness and clinical judgment are essential. This is a quick-start position for clinicians ready to hit the ground running.
