Cardiovascular Catheterization Lab Technician

Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour days; may extend based on procedure volume)

Location: Weatherford, TX

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

About the Role

The facility's cath lab is seeking a Cardiovascular Technician or Radiologic Technologist with cath lab experience to join a collaborative, high-volume team. You'll work in a 2-room procedure suite performing diagnostic and interventional cases in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and teamwork are essential.

Clinical Scope

This unit performs right and left heart catheterizations, peripheral and carotid angiography/stenting, PE/DVT interventions, Impella/IABP support, transesophageal echocardiography, cardioversion, pacemaker insertions, IVC filter placement, and ECMO cannulations. You'll support pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-recovery care.

Requirements

• CV Xray Tech: Current registration required; must be capable of performing cath lab X-ray imaging
• RN Circulator/Scrub: Demonstrated experience circulating, scrubbing, monitoring, and managing pre-op/recovery care

Schedule & On-Call

• Standard day shift, Monday–Friday (busiest days: M, T, W)
• On-call requirement: approximately 15 days per 6-week period (self-scheduled)
• Possible float to other departments if staffing needs arise
• Facility provides scrubs
