Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Position Overview

Join the emergency department as a Registered Nurse, providing direct and indirect patient care across a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll assess patients upon admission, gather comprehensive medical histories, vital signs, and diagnostic information, then collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Shift & Schedule

• 3 x 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mid/Evening rotation)
• Contract duration: 13 weeks
• Start date: September 21, 2026
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week
• Note: Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid. The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract.

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire Registered Nurse License (or eligible to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Clinical experience preferred
• Current visual acuity and hand-eye coordination for medication administration

• Perform patient assessments using standard equipment
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Maintain confidentiality and comprehensive documentation
• Communicate effectively with the care team and patients
• Respect patients' cultural, spiritual, and age-related needs
• Uphold patient safety standards and protocols
