Sonographer / Ultrasound Tech

Position Overview

Join the Radiology department as a Sonographer / Ultrasound Tech. You'll perform general ultrasound imaging for adult and pediatric patients, including biopsies, in a two-room ultrasound suite. This is a general ultrasound role—no vascular or echocardiography.

Shift & Schedule

  • 9-hour days: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
  • 36 hours per week
  • On-call: 1 weekday night per week and every 4th weekend
  • Contract duration: 13 weeks
  • Orientation: 1 week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Required Credentials & Experience

  • ARRT certification (required)
  • ARDMS certification (required)
  • BLS certification
  • X-ray experience required
  • Valid driver's license (must be within 50-mile radius)
  • Important: You may not be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any CommonSpirit-affiliated facility (including CHI or Dignity) within the past year.

  • The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 4 shifts during a 13-week assignment
