Assignment Overview

The facility is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week contract in an acute care setting. You'll work 12-hour day shifts beginning at 7:00 AM, with guaranteed 36 hours per week.

Role & Responsibilities

You'll support interventional cardiology procedures in a busy cath lab, assisting physicians with diagnostic catheterizations, coronary interventions, and related vascular procedures. Responsibilities include patient preparation, equipment setup and maintenance, fluoroscopy monitoring, and maintaining a sterile field throughout procedures.

Requirements

Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
Fluoro certification
BLS certification
Valid state radiologic technologist license
BSN not required

What to Expect

This is a high-volume procedural environment. You'll need to be detail-oriented, able to anticipate physician needs, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts during this assignment.
