Emergency Department RN – 13-Week Contract

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a 13-week backfill assignment. This is a straight shift with no on-call requirements—perfect for predictable scheduling.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 1:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Days: Rotating weekends
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Clinical Environment

Required Credentials & Skills

• ACLS, BLS, ENPC, and TNCC required
• NIHSS certification required
• Strong trauma and critical care foundation preferred
• EMR experience helpful

Clinical Scope

Splinting, 12-lead EKGs, central line placement, rapid infusion management, central monitoring, airway support, and resuscitation protocols.

Team & Culture

You'll join a collaborative 111-person department with an active social committee. Staff includes charge nurses, mid-level support, PCTs, and paramedics across all shifts.

Dress Code

Navy blue scrubs required.
