Labor & Delivery – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery nurse for a 13-week contract beginning late September. You'll work three 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), providing direct patient care in a busy L&D unit.
Schedule & Expectations
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, three days per week
- Weekends: Every other weekend required
- Floating: As needed within scope
- Call: None
- Time Off: Keep requests minimal, especially during the first two weeks. All time-off requests must be approved and documented before your start date. Plan to work some holidays.
Requirements
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- Minimum 1 year of L&D experience
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- First-time travelers welcome
- Local candidates accepted; no radius restrictions
