Night Shift Nursing Position – Med/Surg Unit
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a registered nurse for its medical-surgical unit on a 13-week contract. You'll work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with weekends as scheduled, providing direct patient care in an acute care setting.
Schedule & Commitment
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 12-hour night shifts, weekends included
- Flexible cancellation policy: up to 2 shifts per 13-week contract period
Requirements
- Current RN license (willingness to wait for licensure is acceptable)
- BLS Certification
- Valid, unexpired driver's license (required at submission)
- Disclosure of any licensing hits at time of application
What You'll Do
You'll deliver comprehensive care to med/surg patients, manage assessments and treatments, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate charting within the facility's electronic health record system.
Location
Glen Dale, WV – Must live within 50-mile radius.
