Emergency Department – Travel Nursing Position

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Emergency Department nurse for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment providing direct patient care across the full spectrum of emergency medicine.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Schedule: Every other weekend, every other holiday
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Position Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license (state-specific; verification required)
• BLS certification
• Immunizations required: COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and TB screening (2-step PPD or IGRA)
• Fit test and drug screening (onboarding)
• Willingness to complete facility competency assessments and compliance training

What You'll Do

Deliver compassionate care to patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries. You'll , assess, and support physician-led treatment across medical, surgical, and trauma cases. Strong communication, clinical judgment, and adaptability are essential in this dynamic environment.
