Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a dedicated NICU nurse to join a high-acuity neonatal intensive care team. You'll provide direct care to critically ill and premature infants requiring advanced nursing interventions and close monitoring.

Shift & Schedule

  • 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
  • 36 guaranteed hours per week
  • 13-week contract

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN license (required to apply)
  • BLS Certification
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
  • Current flu vaccination required

Unit Details

This NICU operates at high census, managing complex Level 3 patients requiring skilled nursing assessment, critical care protocols, and emergency response capabilities. You'll work alongside an experienced team caring for acutely ill newborns.

  • No call-off policy in effect
  • 14 days written notice required for contract cancellation
  • Parking is paid (candidate responsibility)
