Night Shift ICU Position

Shift & Schedule

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend and every other holiday
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 26-week contract

Position Overview

Join the ICU team at the facility in Des Moines, IA. You'll provide direct patient care in a dynamic critical care environment, managing high-acuity patients and collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Current state nursing license (RN or LPN) or relevant healthcare credential
• COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap vaccinations
• 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/QuantiFERON Gold)
• Physical exam and health statement
• Criminal background check
• Specialty-specific competency testing
• Fit test and drug screen
• Color vision screening

Standard onboarding compliance documentation also required (confidentiality agreements, conflict of interest disclosure, child/adult abuse training, system access forms, and skills validation).
