Interventional Radiology Tech — Travel Assignment

Position Overview

The facility's Interventional Radiology department is seeking an experienced IR Tech for a 13-week travel assignment. You'll work in a fast-paced environment performing 10–12 procedures daily across a range of interventional cases.

Shift & Schedule

• Days: 07:00–17:30, Monday–Thursday (4×10 schedule)
• On-call: 1 weekend per month and 1 night per week
• Guaranteed hours: 36/week
• Start date: August 5, 2026

Clinical Scope

You'll support embolization, Y-90, peripheral interventions, stroke thrombectomy, neuro coiling, diagnostic cerebral cases, trauma procedures, drain placements, biopsies, and spine work. The team manages both outpatient and inpatient cases with call coverage extending into evening hours.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months current IR Tech experience
• Active Kansas licensure
• BLS certification
• ARRT (R) certification

Preferred

• Stroke experience
• Prior travel assignments at trauma facilities

Unit Team

You'll work alongside 2 nurses and 4 RTs in a collaborative, procedure-focused environment.
