CT Tech – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment, working nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). This is a fast-paced environment where you'll perform diagnostic imaging for a busy trauma and stroke center.
About the Unit
The CT department handles approximately 130 scans daily across a high-acuity patient population. You'll work as part of a collaborative team supporting trauma activations, acute stroke protocols, and cardiac imaging studies. The night shift typically operates with one dedicated tech; the department is actively recruiting for a second night-shift position.
Clinical Scope
- CTA chest, neck, and abdominal studies
- Cardiac CTA imaging (including structural heart program cases)
- CT head stroke protocols
- Trauma imaging on demand
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months current acute care CT experience
- ARRT (R) certification
- BLS certification
- Active Kansas licensure
Preferred Qualifications
- GE scanner experience
