FLOAT POOL RN – NIGHT SHIFT

Location: Birmingham, AL

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Contract Duration: 16 weeks

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced RN for its float pool, covering medical/surgical and step-down units. You'll rotate across multiple units, gaining broad clinical exposure while supporting diverse patient populations and acuity levels.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Active RN license
• BLS certification (ACLS required if applicable to assignment)
• Flexibility to work across different units
• Comfort with night shift operations

What to Expect

As a float pool nurse, you'll work nights providing care to patients in medical/surgical and step-down settings. This role offers variety, clinical growth, and the opportunity to build skills across multiple specialties.
