Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced RN for a float pool role covering medical/surgical and stepdown units on the night shift. You'll rotate between units, providing care across diverse patient populations and acuity levels while building flexibility and broad clinical experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Active RN license
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (if required by unit assignment)
• Ability to adapt quickly to different unit environments and workflows

What You'll Do

As a float pool nurse, you'll:

• Provide direct patient care on medical/surgical and stepdown units
• Work nights in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Support varying patient acuity and census across assignments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain clinical competency across multiple settings

Assignment Details

• Contract: 16 weeks
• Hours: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Start: Late September 2026
