Operating Room RN — Lee's Summit, MO

4 x 10-Hour Days | 07:00–17:00 | 13-Week Contract

This OR travel assignment places you in a busy surgical suite managing a diverse, multi-specialty caseload. The team is collaborative and well-staffed, with RNs, scrub techs, an anesthesia tech, and an OR analyst working together on any given day.

Shift & Scheduling

Four 10-hour day shifts (07:00–17:00)
2–6 call days per month
No floating requirement
Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Clinical Scope

The surgical program covers a broad range of specialties, including:

Orthopedics and spine
Vascular surgery
General and colorectal surgery
Robotic-assisted procedures
Gynecology (GYN)
ENT

Strong vascular skills are preferred. You'll function in a 1:1 RN-to-patient OR model alongside a well-rounded support team.

Requirements

Active RN license
Current OR experience across multiple surgical specialties
Vascular experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with electronic charting systems required
BLS required; additional certifications may be required — confirm at time of submission

Dress Code

Scrubs are provided by the facility.
