About the Role

The facility is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the rehabilitation team. You'll work alongside licensed physical therapists to deliver patient-centered care, assist with therapeutic exercises, and support patients through their recovery goals.

What You'll Do

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising physical therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment
• Maintain a safe, clean treatment environment
• Communicate effectively with the care team and patients

What We're Looking For

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant License (PTA) for Pennsylvania
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Compassion for patient care and rehabilitation
