Pediatric Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehab

Position Overview

The facility's outpatient pediatrics rehabilitation center is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join their team. You'll manage an established caseload of approximately 50 pediatric patients in a structured outpatient setting.

Schedule & Contract

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (five 8-hour days)
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: September 28, 2026
• Time Off: The facility is closed weekends and all major holidays. Multiple requests for time off may impact candidacy; all requested time off must be disclosed at the time of application.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years current experience in pediatric rehabilitation
• Active Ohio physical therapy license
• Current BLS certification
• Registry certification (must be active; cannot be in-process)

Additional Information

• The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract period.
• Candidates should be prepared for a stable, predictable schedule with minimal variability.
