Interventional Radiology / Bronchoscopy Suite — Travel RN

Macon, GA | 16-Week Contract | Days, 4x10 (07:00–17:30)

This position supports a procedural unit performing a broad range of interventional cases across pulmonary and vascular specialties. The unit manages patients across adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups.

Clinical Scope

Primary cases include bronchoscopy, EBUS, and navigational bronchoscopy. Additional procedures include interventional radiology cases such as:

• Central venous access and port placement
• Chest tube placement and thoracentesis
• Lung biopsy and paracentesis
• Nephrostomy and percutaneous hepatic angiography
• Renal angiography and renal artery stent placement
• Carotid stenting, stent graft placement, and endovascular interventions
• Chemoembolization, SVC/IVC venography, and upper/lower extremity angiography
• Interventional cardiac cath lab procedures

Schedule & Call

• 4x10-hour day shifts; 40 hours per week
• Call: 1–2 days per week plus 1 weekend per month
• Weekend coverage is included in call requirements
• Holiday work expected per assignment overlap (up to 2 of any major holidays occurring during the contract)
• Maximum 7 days pre-approved time off; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission

Float Requirements

Floating within scope of practice to a sister facility as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• Active Georgia RN license or compact license required at time of submission
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
• Locals accepted
