This long-term local contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced home health RN comfortable managing an independent caseload across a defined geographic area.

Shift & Schedule

Days: Monday–Friday (based on visit structure)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Duration: 87 weeks
Start Date: September 2, 2026

Position Overview

You'll carry a caseload of 25–30 visits per week, including a mix of start-of-care assessments and follow-up revisits. Strong OASIS documentation skills are essential, as accurate and timely assessments are central to this role.

Requirements

Active RN license
Minimum 2 years of recent, relevant home health nursing experience
Proficiency with OASIS assessments (start of care, recertification, discharge)
Prior home health charting experience required
