Urology Procedural Nurse

Location: Atlanta, GA

Shift & Schedule:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Monday–Friday, 5 shifts per week (40 hours)
• 13-week contract

About the Role:

The facility seeks an experienced nurse to support a busy urology procedural suite. You'll work alongside providers in a fast-paced environment, assisting with a range of procedures including prostate biopsies, cystoscopies, and vasectomies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain sterile fields for urologic procedures
• Insert and manage Foley catheters
• Provide procedural patient care and support to the clinical team
• Monitor patient vitals and ensure comfort during procedures
• Assist with post-procedure recovery and discharge instructions

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (Georgia)
• Proven experience in a urology procedural or OR setting
• Proficiency with sterile technique and procedural setup
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and patient care skills
