Travel Telemetry Nurse – Night Shift

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Telemetry Nurse for a 90-week assignment on the night shift. You'll provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing acute and post-operative patients.

Shift Details

• Night shift: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 90-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of telemetry nursing experience
• Active Georgia or Compact nursing license
• NIHSS certification
• BLS certification
• Proficiency with IV insertion and PICC line placement

Clinical Scope

You'll monitor and care for telemetry patients, interpret cardiac rhythms, respond to arrhythmias, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. The role involves standard nursing assessments, medication administration, and patient education.
