Med/Surg Telemetry Float Pool — Nights | Beverly, MA
This 13-week contract places you in a Med/Surg Telemetry float pool on a 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), working every other weekend. The role requires availability to float to a nearby affiliate facility as needed.
Contract Details
- Start Date: September 21, 2026
- Shift: 12-hour nights
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)
- Schedule: Every other weekend required
Clinical Scope
You'll care for medical-surgical telemetry patients, monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing a general acute-care population across float pool units. Strong telemetry assessment skills and comfort with a fast-paced, flexible environment are essential.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- BLS (AHA) — required
- ACLS — required
- Pending licensure accepted at time of submission
- Must pass a day-one onsite skills/knowledge test (one attempt only)
- Relias testing during onboarding (up to 2 attempts) to prepare for onsite assessment
- Must not have worked at this health system within the past 6 months to be considered
