Cardiac Catheterization Lab – Bowling Green, KY
Position Overview
Join a dynamic cardiac catheterization lab team in a newly renovated facility. This is a full-time travel assignment performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in a collaborative, state-of-the-art environment.
Shift & Schedule
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- On-call: 1 weekend per month and 1–2 weekdays per week
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Clinical Scope
The lab performs a full spectrum of diagnostic and interventional procedures including left and right heart catheterizations, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs), cardioversions, pacemaker and defibrillator implants, electrophysiology studies, and stress tests. You'll work as part of a 4-person team managing one patient per case.
Required Qualifications
- RN or Tech: Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Tech-specific: Valid ARRT and RCIS certifications; Kentucky radiology technologist licensure
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar cath lab procedures; 1 year of cath lab travel experience required
- Dress Code: Solid-color scrubs
