Seasonal Travel RN – PACU | Denver, CO

Shift: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (12-hour days)

Contract Duration: 13 weeks | Start Date: October 5, 2026

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

This seasonal PACU opportunity is based at a facility in Denver, Colorado, offering Phase I recovery and Phase II discharge care in a fast-paced post-anesthesia environment. The unit supports a diverse surgical patient population and is staffed by an experienced, tenured team.

Clinical Scope

• Phase I post-anesthesia recovery
• Phase II pre-discharge assessment and patient education
• High-acuity monitoring of patients immediately following general, regional, and procedural anesthesia

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of current hospital PACU experience (required)
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Pre-op experience (preferred)
• Upbeat, adaptable personality suited for a high-volume, fast-paced setting

Position Details

• 2 open positions
• 12-hour day shifts (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
• Seasonal travel assignment

Candidates with pre-op experience will be given priority consideration. This is a great fit for PACU nurses who are confident in rapid patient assessment and enjoy working alongside a collaborative, experienced team.
