CT Technologist – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility's Radiology Department is seeking a CT Technologist for a 20-week contract. You'll work nights (19:00–07:00), rotating weekends and holidays. No floating or on-call duties.
Shift & Schedule
- 4 × 10-hour night shifts per week
- Every third weekend required
- Rotating holiday coverage
- Contract start: October 19, 2026
Clinical Scope
You'll perform CT imaging across multiple settings, including:
- Adult Acute Care and Emergency Department
- Pediatric Outpatient cases
- Level II Trauma activations
Procedures include head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and vascular CTA studies (with and without contrast); brain perfusion; carotid imaging; CT arthrography; and specialty protocols (sinuses, cervical, thoracic, lumbar). You'll also prepare and administer contrast media, perform venipuncture, start peripheral IVs, and apply advanced reconstruction techniques (3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, ROI measurements).
Requirements
- ARRT CT certification and current BLS
- Minimum 2 years CT experience in adult acute care, ED, pediatric outpatient, and/or trauma settings
- Valid state license/certification at submission
- Willing to complete required pre-start compliance (labs, fingerprints, background check)

Navy, grey, or black scrubs
Vaccines
Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered); COVID-19 vaccine not required
