Electrophysiology Nurse – 12-Hour Days
Position Overview
The facility is seeking an experienced Electrophysiology nurse to provide specialized care for patients undergoing EP procedures. You'll work in a fast-paced EP lab environment supporting complex cardiac interventions.
Schedule & Contract
- 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Monday through Friday, no weekends
- Every-other holiday coverage; no on-call
- 13-week contract
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
Clinical Scope
You'll deliver nursing care for patients undergoing:
- Ablations and cryoablation
- EP studies
- Cardioversions
- Cardiac device implants and explants
- Other EP procedures
Requirements
- Recent, hands-on experience with EP procedures, devices, EP studies, ablations, and PVI
- BLS and ACLS certification (must maintain current)
- Ability to pass on-site telemetry exam with 85% or better
- Strong clinical assessment and procedural support skills
