Electrophysiology Nurse – 12-Hour Days

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Electrophysiology nurse to provide specialized care for patients undergoing EP procedures. You'll work in a fast-paced EP lab environment supporting complex cardiac interventions.

Schedule & Contract

  • 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Monday through Friday, no weekends
  • Every-other holiday coverage; no on-call
  • 13-week contract
  • 36 guaranteed hours per week

Clinical Scope

You'll deliver nursing care for patients undergoing:

  • Ablations and cryoablation
  • EP studies
  • Cardioversions
  • Cardiac device implants and explants
  • Other EP procedures

Requirements

  • Recent, hands-on experience with EP procedures, devices, EP studies, ablations, and PVI
  • BLS and ACLS certification (must maintain current)
  • Ability to pass on-site telemetry exam with 85% or better
  • Strong clinical assessment and procedural support skills
