Travel RN – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) | Aurora, CO

Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 13-Week Contract

This Progressive Care Unit cares for a large cardiac population alongside patients with a broad mix of acute and chronic medical conditions. Nurses on this unit can expect varied, meaningful clinical exposure across medical-telemetry and rehabilitation settings.

Schedule & Contract Details

  • Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Start date: October 12, 2026

Float Requirement

This role requires flexibility and a willingness to float across inpatient med/telemetry and rehab units. A team-oriented, adaptable mindset is essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of current acute care PCU experience
  • Active BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications
  • Current RN licensure (or eligibility) in Colorado

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior PCU/progressive care telemetry charting experience
  • Chemotherapy certification (opens scheduling opportunities on the oncology unit)
