SICU RN — Dallas, TX | Night Shift | 13-Week Contract

This surgical ICU opportunity in Dallas focuses on high-acuity patients, with a strong emphasis on the surgical oncology population. The unit manages complex cases requiring close monitoring and rapid intervention across the full spectrum of critical care.

Assignment Details

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Start Date: September 22, 2026
• Scrub Color: Royal Blue

Clinical Scope

The unit performs central line placements, thoracentesis, dialysis catheter placements, cardioversions, intubations, CRRT, and hypothermia protocol management. Assignments are determined by acuity and skill level. Floating may be required as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license — Texas (temp licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• CCRN certification
• Experience with CRRT and hypothermia protocols

Appearance Standards

• No artificial, gel, or next-gen nails
• Hair must be neat; pulled back if shoulder length or longer
• Facial hair must be clean and neatly trimmed
• Visible piercings limited to ears only
• Body art should be covered whenever possible

Weekend and call expectations will be discussed during the interview.
