CT Technologist – Night Shift
Position Overview
The facility's Radiology CT department is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week contract. You'll work nights in a high-volume imaging environment supporting emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services.
Schedule & Contract
- Shift: 5:30 PM – 7:00 AM, Thursday–Monday
- Hours: 39 hours/week
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 91 hours per contract week
Clinical Scope
You'll perform routine CT imaging including angiography, cardiac, and neuro studies. Responsibilities include:
- Operate CT equipment independently
- Assess and place peripheral IV lines for contrast administration
- Assist with patient transport from the emergency department as needed
- Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety protocols
- Provide courteous, respectful patient care in a fast-paced setting
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year CT technologist experience
- ARRT CT Certification
- Injection Certification
- BLS Certification
- Experience with Canon CT systems
Preferred
- 5+ years hospital-based CT experience
- Familiarity with Vrad and Vitrea software
