Cath Lab RN – 13-Week Contract

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN to join a busy interventional cardiology program. You will circulate, scrub, and monitor patients throughout a variety of diagnostic and interventional catheterization procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Shift & Schedule

Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday (5x8 hours)
On-call duties required; details to be discussed during your interview
13-week contract
Start date: September 25, 2026

Requirements

Minimum 18 months of permanent, full-time experience in the Cath Lab specialty
Active BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current at time of submission)
Permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand at submission
One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the Cath Lab specialty (from assignments within the past 12 months; co-worker references not accepted)
Willingness to complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation (two attempts to pass both)
Background check and drug screening per facility requirements
COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions available)

What to Expect

You'll work alongside a collaborative team managing patients undergoing coronary angiography, percutaneous coronary intervention, and related procedures. The role demands strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm in a dynamic procedural setting.
