Medical-Surgical Nursing Position

Position Overview

The facility is seeking a Medical-Surgical nurse for a 14-week contract assignment. You'll work three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) on the med-surg unit, caring for a diverse patient population across multiple diagnoses and acuity levels.

Requirements

• Current Georgia or compact nursing license
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 18 months of nursing experience
• Travel experience preferred

What You'll Do

Provide direct patient care in a busy med-surg environment. You'll manage patient assessments, medications, wound care, post-operative recovery, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, quality outcomes.
