CT Technologist | Mids | Greensboro, NC | 13-Week Contract

This CT position is set within a busy imaging department serving a diverse patient population including trauma, stroke, oncology, bariatric, orthopedic, and geriatric cases. The department handles approximately 75 visits per day across multiple scan rooms and is supported by interdisciplinary teams including pharmacy, respiratory services, and rapid response.

Schedule

4x10-hour shifts | 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Start date: September 21, 2026

Required Certifications & Credentials

ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT)
BLS
RT(R)(CT)
Active license in hand at time of submission

Required Clinical Skills

experience
Procedural experience: abscess drainages, aspirations, biopsies, chest tube placement, suprapubic catheter placement
IV starts, iSTAT creatinine draws, Power Port and PPAC access (will train if necessary)
Contrast media preparation and administration
3D rendering: MIP, surface shaded display, volume rendering
Multiplanar reconstruction
Full-body CT protocols: head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, vascular, cardiac, musculoskeletal, neuro perfusion

Additional Details

Floating to other campus locations may be required
No local candidates within 50 miles
Pre-approved time off must be submitted with application; no post-submission RTO accepted
Non-billable orientation modules (approximately 2–4 hours)
Background check: no open cases permitted
Education verification through a third-party provider required
COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
