NICU RN — Night Shift

Position Details

• Specialty: Neonatal Intensive Care (Level IV)
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Location: Denver, CO
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

About the Unit

Clinical Scope

Your responsibilities will include intubation, central line placement, PIV insertion, therapeutic hypothermia, lab draws, sepsis screening, gastric tube placement, circumcisions, and ROP exams. You'll work with incubators, radiant warmers, continuous cardiorespiratory monitoring, high-frequency oscillating ventilation, jet ventilation, servo ventilation, tracheostomy care, high-flow nasal cannula, NIPPV, central lines, and other advanced support equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care NICU Level IV experience
• BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
• Strong professionalism and reliability
• Ability to maintain emotional regulation in high-acuity settings

Preferred Qualifications

• PICU experience
• Post-surgical care experience
