Travel RN – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) | Lone Tree, CO

Night Shift | 13-Week Contract

A Progressive Care Unit in Lone Tree, Colorado is seeking an experienced travel RN for night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). This is a 36-hour guaranteed, 13-week assignment with an anticipated start date of August 31, 2026.

Unit Overview

This 5th-floor medical PCU provides intermediate-level cardiac and medical care. The unit operates with a dedicated charge nurse on every shift alongside a strong team of RNs and patient care support staff.

Clinical Scope

• Cardiac drip management and cardiac catheter care
• Chest tube management
• Wound care
• TPN and lipid administration
• Continuous cardiac monitoring

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care PCU experience
• Active BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications
• RN licensure (Colorado or applicable compact license)

Preferred Qualifications

• Cardiac or ICU background
• Prior PCU travel experience
