Travel RN – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) | Lone Tree, CO

Night Shift | 13-Week Contract | Start: May 2026

This PCU assignment is located on a dedicated medical floor in Lone Tree, Colorado, offering night shift coverage on a 7 PM – 7 AM schedule with 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Unit Overview

The progressive care unit manages a moderate-to-high acuity patient population with a strong cardiac focus. Common procedures and responsibilities include:

• Cardiac drip management and cardiac catheter care
• Chest tube management
• Wound care
• TPN and lipid administration

The unit operates with self-scheduling options and recently updated patient handling technology.

• Schedule: 7 PM – 7 AM
• Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: May 18, 2026

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care PCU experience
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong cardiac assessment skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Cardiac or ICU background
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
