Operating Room RN — Nights | Plano, TX
4 x 10-Hour Nights (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday–Thursday)
13-Week Contract | 36 Guaranteed Hours/Week
This night-shift OR position supports a high-acuity surgical suite performing a broad range of complex cases across multiple specialties. The unit operates 24/7, and the night team includes charge nurses, RNs, CSTs, an anesthesiology tech, and OR assistants.
Procedures & Specialties
- Neuro and spine surgery
- Orthopedic trauma, total joint replacements, and revisions
- Robotic-assisted procedures (gynecology, colorectal, thoracic, urology)
- Plastic and reconstructive surgery
- High-acuity trauma cases
Required Skills — Candidates Must Have:

Position Details
- Shift: 4 x 10-hour nights, Monday–Thursday
- Call: Required; no call on night shift
- Float: None
- Scrubs: Ceil blue or royal blue
Requirements
- Active RN license (Texas or Compact)
- Current BLS and CNOR (or equivalent certifications as applicable)
- Demonstrated experience in the required specialty areas listed above
