Position Details

  • Shift: Day, 4x10-hour (06:30–17:00)
  • Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Clinical Scope

You'll work in a busy cardiac catheterization lab performing 8–12 procedures daily. Your responsibilities include coronary diagnostic and interventional procedures, peripheral vascular diagnostics and interventions, and permanent pacemaker insertions. You'll support a team managing patients with coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, and cardiac arrhythmias.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience
  • ARRT certification required (RCIS not accepted; exception for candidates with 5+ years experience—requires manager approval)
  • Fluoroscopy permit
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Valid state license at time of submission
  • Two professional references covering the past 3 years

First-time travelers are welcome. Pending fluoroscopy permits accepted if you've already applied.

Schedule & On-Call

  • No weekend shifts required
  • No floating between units
  • Call duty: up to 4 days per week as needed
  • Orientation: 30 hours
  • Guaranteed hours with facility allowed 1 call-off per 2-week period
  • Must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
  • All RTO requests must be submitted upfront during the application process
