Position Details

- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

About the Role
You'll join the facility's Emergency Department, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team while managing diverse patient presentations and urgent clinical situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to emergency patients
- Assess, monitor, and respond to acute patient needs
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and communication
- Adhere to current evidence-based protocols and best practices
Requirements
- Current RN license (Texas)
- BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred
- Experience in emergency or acute care nursing preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, unpredictable environment
