Neonatal Intensive Care Unit – Registered Nurse

Position Overview

The facility seeks experienced RNs to join its neonatal intensive care unit caring for premature infants and high-acuity newborns. This is a 15-week contract role.

Shift & Schedule

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts
• Weekends and holidays as needed
• Guaranteed hours throughout contract duration

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification required
• Valid driver's license
• Must reside within 100 miles of the facility

Preferred Qualifications

• RNC (Registered Nurse Certification) in neonatal nursing

Unit Details

You'll provide direct care to premature and critically ill newborns in a structured neonatal setting. The unit maintains a supportive clinical environment with a strong physician presence and collaborative interdisciplinary team.

• Standard neonatal protocols and best-practice guidelines
• On-unit support and orientation
