Travel RN – Emergency Department | Reston, VA | 13-Week Contract

This high-volume Emergency Department is seeking an experienced Travel RN for night shift (19:00–07:00) starting August 3, 2026. The ED manages a broad range of acuities, including stroke, sepsis, and trauma cases, with a team-oriented environment and consistent staffing structure across all shifts.

Shift & Schedule

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract

Clinical Scope

• , IV initiation, and moderate sedation
• Stroke, sepsis, and trauma protocol management
• Collaborative team with charge RN, nurse, paramedics, and bedside RNs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hospital-based emergency nursing experience
• Active compact RN license required at time of submission
• BLS required
• ACLS and PALS required
• TNCC and CEN preferred
