Occupational Therapist – Multisite Travel Assignment

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 14-week travel contract in a rural setting. This is a dynamic multisite role where you'll provide care across outpatient clinics, acute care, and home health visits—all within a 60-mile radius.

Clinical Scope

• 80% Outpatient: Rehabilitation clinics and outpatient therapy centers
• 15% Acute Care: Hospital-based OT services
• 5% Home Health: In-home visits to established patients

You'll work with diverse patient populations including post-operative clients, sports injury rehabilitation, and geriatric patients. Strong general OT experience is essential, with demonstrated competency in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Schedule & Logistics

• Days: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Shift Options: 8-hour shifts preferred; 4×10 schedule may be considered
• Start Date: September 28, 2026
• Contract Length: 14 weeks

Requirements

• Current OT license (state-specific)
• Outpatient experience required
• Inpatient/acute care experience preferred
• Strong clinical foundation across general OT, post-op care, sports rehabilitation, and geriatrics
• Ability to travel between multiple facilities
