Operating Room Surgical First Assist

Richmond, VA | 13-Week Contract | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

The facility's operating room performs a broad range of surgical specialties including robotic, orthopedic, neurosurgery, general, plastics, and urology cases. You'll work in a 16-OR surgical suite providing direct surgical assistance and supporting the surgical team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 4 x 10-hour days, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-Call: Approximately 2 shifts per week (weekday nights and weekends; both primary and backup rotation)

• Dress Code: Hospital-provided scrubs
• No floating required

Required Qualifications:

• Current Virginia nursing license
• Robotic surgery experience (mandatory)
• Orthopedic surgery experience (mandatory)
• Neurosurgery/Spine experience (mandatory)

About the Role:
