Registered Dietitian – Acute & Rehab Facility
Position Overview
Join the nutrition team at a healthcare facility in Pasadena, TX. This is a full-time, 36-hour-per-week position for a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services across acute and rehabilitation patient populations.
Shift & Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- No onsite weekends (may require on-call or remote coverage as needed)
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 5, 2026
What You'll Do
- Deliver comprehensive nutrition assessments and interventions for acute and rehabilitation patients
- Perform nutrition-focused physical exams (NFPE)
- Provide outpatient nutrition counseling
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document care and communicate progress in the electronic health record
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian (RD) license
- Licensed Dietitian in Texas
- Minimum 1 year of clinical dietetics experience
Preferred Skills
- Comfort with nutrition-focused physical exams
- Experience in outpatient counseling settings
