RN Med-Surg Float

Shift & Schedule

7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, every other weekend and holiday

36 guaranteed hours per week

26-week contract

Unit & Responsibilities

You'll float across medical-surgical units including orthopedics, med-surg, neurology step-down, oncology, surgical telemetry, and med-surg telemetry. You may also float to an additional campus location. This role requires flexibility and strong assessment skills across multiple patient populations and acuity levels.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Willingness to float to multiple units and locations
• Current immunizations (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap)
• Negative PPD/IGRA and drug screen
• Criminal background clearance

Onboarding

Standard credentialing and compliance items, including fit test, education verification, background check, skills checklist, specialty competency testing, and required trainings.
