ICU Night Shift Position

Position Overview

The facility is seeking an ICU nurse for a night shift role. You'll work in a fast-paced intensive care environment, providing direct patient care and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Shift & Schedule

  • Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Pattern: Every other weekend / Every other holiday
  • Availability Required: July 3 and 4
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
  • Contract Duration: 13 weeks
  • Start Date: September 1, 2026

Requirements

  • Current nursing license with verification
  • COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and TB (PPD/IGRA) immunizations required
  • Fit test and color vision assessment
  • Specialty-specific competency testing
  • Background check, education verification, and criminal background clearance
  • Drug screening
  • Physical/health statement

What You'll Need to Know

Standard onboarding requirements include confidentiality agreements, system access forms, skills checklist, and compliance training (Joint Commission, abuse reporting, OFAC). Influenza vaccine is optional.
