Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Location: Denton, TX

The facility's Nuclear Medicine department performs a full range of diagnostic imaging studies. You'll work in a small, collaborative team managing myocardial perfusion imaging, bone scans, HIDA studies, renal and parathyroid imaging, brain death confirmations, and lung perfusion studies.

About the Role

You'll be one of two technologists on the day shift, working independently while supporting a lead technologist. Excellent time management, strong troubleshooting skills, and reliability are essential. You must be comfortable working weekends and on-call shifts, including holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • CNMT and/or ARRT (NM) certification
  • BLS certification
  • TMB (Technologist in Molecular Biology) certification or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of hospital nuclear medicine experience

Work Environment

  • No floating to other departments
  • Guaranteed 36 hours per week
  • Dark gray scrubs required
  • On-call responsibilities after 4:00 PM and weekends
