Physical Therapist – Multi-Modality Position

Position Overview

Join a dynamic healthcare team in a rural setting offering diverse clinical experience across multiple settings. This position is approximately 80% outpatient, 15% acute care, and 5% home health, with strong potential to focus primarily on outpatient work.

Schedule & Location

• Monday–Friday, 8-hour days (4x10 schedules may be considered)
• Work across multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius
• Rural location; candidates should verify comfort with the area and housing before applying

Clinical Scope

You'll work with a diverse patient population across settings, managing:

• Post-operative rehabilitation
• Sports injury treatment
• Geriatric care
• General outpatient and acute-care cases

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Strong general PT experience required
• Outpatient experience mandatory
• Inpatient and acute-care experience preferred
• Background in post-op care, sports injuries, and geriatrics preferred

Contract Details

• 15-week assignment
• ASAP start date
