Operating Room Scrub Tech / OR Nurse — Travel Contract

Burlington, MA | 13-Week Contract | Days

This OR position supports a high-volume surgical program with a broad range of complex cases. Candidates must be clinically independent across multiple service lines, with particular strength in transplant, cardiac, and vascular procedures.

Schedule & Call

• 12-hour day shifts, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• 72 guaranteed hours biweekly (excluding on-call hours worked)
• Call required approximately 3x per month; call shifts include overnight (11 PM–7 AM), evening (7 PM–11 PM), and early morning (6 AM–6:30 PM) windows
• Weekend call: one 12-hour call shift (Saturday or Sunday), 6:30 PM–6:30 AM

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of OR experience
• Experience across most surgical service lines; must be independently proficient in transplant, cardiac, and vascular cases
• Prior experience in a high-acuity, fast-paced surgical environment required
• BLS certification required
• No float required

Additional Eligibility Notes

• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
• Must have a separation of at least 6 months from this organization prior to submission
